We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • the items are in an unworn and new condition
  • all labels are still original
  • the goods are in the original packaging
  • the invoice is attached

For returns, please send us an email in advance to customercare@edenscollective.com with your return request. The return must include the unworn items with all labels in the original packaging and the invoice. Once we receive the items, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days. Your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that banking institutions and credit card institutions may require additional days to process your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
